Shipping Method and Cost
Orders over $49 qualify for free shipping. For orders under $49, please refer to the shipping details on the website for applicable charges.
Shipping methods: USPS, UPS and more. Please note that we do not support specifying the shipping carrier at this time.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order is complete, you'll receive an email with a tracking number, allowing you to follow your shipment every step of the way.

- Addresses outside the continental U.S.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Please note that AAA-OK is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes. All shipping-related fees, including customs charges, are the responsibility of the customer.
Item Never Arrived (Lost in Transit)
If your item never arrives, we’ll quickly send you a replacement. We will coordinate with the shipping carrier to ensure you receive the product you ordered.
Returns and Refunds
We understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Please refer to our dedicated Returns and Refunds policy page for more information on how to start the return process.
Order Processing Time
- If the product is in stock, your order will be shipped within 24-48 hours on weekdays. Orders placed over the weekend will ship the following Monday.
- If an item is out of stock or a pre-order item, it may be shipped from our China warehouse, potentially causing a delay of at least one week. If you're in a rush, please contact customer service to check the delay status.
- Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Delivery times may be slightly delayed during peak holiday seasons, such as Christmas or Chinese New Year.
How to Track My Order
Once your order has shipped, we'll send an email with a tracking number and a link to track your order. You can also refer to the "Tracking" section above for detailed instructions or contact customer service for assistance.
Changing Your Shipping Address
If you realize you've entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact customer service at service@aaaok.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We can change your address if the order has not yet shipped. Once shipped, changes are not possible, and you'll need to contact the local post office for help in rerouting the package.
Discreet Shipping
Your privacy is important to us. All orders are shipped in plain packaging without any indication of the product inside. Neither "AAA-OK" nor our logo will appear on the outside of the package.
What Happens If I’m Not Home When My Package Arrives?
If you're not home when your package is delivered, the carrier will leave it in a safe place. If they cannot leave it, you'll either receive an email explaining the next steps or a notification card in your mailbox. Packages sent to a local delivery office will be held for 10 days before being returned to us. Be sure to monitor your tracking to avoid missed deliveries.

About the Address:
Please double-check your shipping address before checking out. We are not responsible for any product once it has been shipped.
If you miss a delivery or fail to claim your package, we can resend it to you at an additional shipping cost or refund the product cost minus the shipping charge. -
About Lost Packages:
AAA-OK is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdirected packages. If the tracking number shows confirmed delivery but you haven't received the package, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
