Return & Refund Policy

Return Policy:
- Due to the nature of the items we sell, we only accept returns for unopened items with intact packaging and tags to ensure the product remains brand new. This policy protects the health and safety of our customers.
- Once the package is opened, the products are considered used and cannot be returned unless defective.
- To initiate a return, please send us pictures of the unopened package within 60 days of purchase via email. After confirming the package's condition, we will provide a return address. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Please allow 3-4 weeks for us to receive and process your return. For updates regarding your return status, feel free to contact us at service@aaaok.com.
Defective Item: If an item is found to be defective within 180 days of purchase, please contact us with the following information:
- Order number, SKU of the defective item, and a brief description of the problem.
- Photos or a video showing the defect.
After confirming the issue, we will replace the item with the same or another product of similar value.
Order Cancellation:
- You can cancel your order free of charge by contacting service@aaaok.com within 24 hours of purchase.
- In most cases, orders are processed and shipped the same day, so cancellations may not always be possible after submission.
- If you are unable to cancel the order and no longer need the product, please decline the package, or follow the return policy after receiving it.
Lost or Returned Packages:
- If the package was successfully delivered to the destination address but you didn’t receive it, no refund will be provided.
- If the package was lost during transit, we will resend the same item to you.
- For packages returned due to an incorrect address or failure to pick up in time, we will resend the item, and a $7 shipping fee will be charged.
Wrong Item Received: If you believe you received the wrong item, please contact us within 180 days of purchase with the following:
- Photos of the shipping label (found on the package).
- Photos showing the SKU on the product's packaging.
- Photos of the entire package and product.
